Using erpfly
You need an account to use the builder. Keep your login details safe and don’t share accounts between companies. You’re responsible for what you build and deploy with erpfly.
Your code is yours
You own the code erpfly generates for you. You can use, modify, sell and license it however you like, subject to the licences of the platforms it runs on (for example GPLv3 for Frappe and ERPNext, and LGPLv3 or the Odoo Enterprise licence for Odoo).
Review before production
Generated code can contain mistakes. Test it on a staging site and have it reviewed before using it with live business data. erpfly is a tool to help you build, not a guarantee that a module is correct for your business, jurisdiction or tax rules.
Payment and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and the plan stays active until the end of the billing period. Code you’ve already exported or merged is unaffected.
Acceptable use
Don’t use erpfly to build software intended to break the law, to attack systems you don’t own, or to resell access to the builder itself without a partner agreement.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
